What is a tutoring broker?
We connect students with carefully vetted, qualified tutors. We handle the scheduling, payments, and quality assurance—so you can focus on your child’s learning.
How are your tutors selected?
Each tutor is interviewed and subject-tested. We only work with experienced educators or top-performing university students/graduates.
What subjects and levels do you offer?
We cover all major subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.) from KS3, to GCSE and A Level, including university support and niche subjects and other levels on request.
How much does tutoring cost?
Rates vary depending on the subject and tutor’s experience. Typically, sessions range from £25–£60/hour. Discounts may be available for packages or group sessions.
How do payments work?
You pay us directly, and we handle payments to the tutor. Payments are taken through our safe and secure payment system within Shopify.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be charged at 50–100%.
Can I switch tutors later?
Absolutely. If you or your child isn’t fully satisfied, we’ll rematch you with another tutor at no extra cost.
Do you offer online and in-person sessions?
Yes—most tutors offer online sessions, and in-person options may be available depending on location.
What if I’m not happy with the tutoring?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy after the first session, we’ll provide a free session with a new tutor.
